Dr. Janine Camilleri Mizzi is an Advocate & Commissioner for Oaths who was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2021.

Janine obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and a Master of Advocacy degree at the University of Malta. She subsequently pursued an Advanced Master degree in International Civil and Commercial Law at Leiden University, wherefrom she graduated cum laude as Valedictorian. Thereafter, she also successfully obtained a Certificate in Tax from the Malta Institute of Taxation.

Janine joined Salibastafrace Legal in 2020 as a Legal Trainee and has since been named a Senior Associate of the firm. Janine regularly assists clients with commercial contract drafting and negotiations, as well as corporate and commercial work including company formations, corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Janine also represents clients in civil and commercial litigation proceedings with a particular focus on real estate, construction, corporate and contractual disputes.
